Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage caused by passengers may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
While we aim to arrive promptly at the scheduled pickup time, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control cannot always be guaranteed against. However, we will always make reasonable efforts to minimise inconvenience.
