Cancellations should be made as early as possible. For standard local bookings, we request a minimum of reasonable notice prior to the scheduled pickup time. Airport transfers should ideally be cancelled at least 12 hours before the arranged pickup to avoid cancellation charges.
If a booking is cancelled within a short period before pickup, or if a driver has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply. In cases of no-shows, where the passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the full fare may be charged.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Waiting time charges may apply if a passenger is delayed beyond the agreed pickup time without prior communication. We always recommend informing our office promptly if you anticipate any delays.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund where payment has already been made.
